HOUSE BILL NO. 429 An Act extending the termination date for                   
the vessel permit moratoria for the Bering Sea Korean hair crab                
fishery and the weathervane scallop fishery; and providing for an              
effective date was read the second time.                                       
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.

The question being: Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 429 An Act
